What is the process to get my satellite up and running?

  1. Sign up – Call or sales team to avail of the best package that suits your needs. Onceoff Activation Fee of £49 required for sign-up.
  2. Confirmation of sign up/payment received via email from Konnect. Can take up to 48hrs. 
  3. Completion all online documents to progress to installation stage (Contract, SEPA Direct Debit Mandate)
  4. Equipment is delivered.
  5. Installation date confirmed via text-message or email.
  6. Installation and Activation of contract
  7. Two-week cooling-off period begins after Activation.
